ECIT NORIAN Academy organises thousands of courses and training sessions for our employees, and we have developed several certification programmes within our organisation.

ECIT NORIAN runs annual, role-specific courses for our employees within their areas of expertise, and we certify staff in both payroll systems and specific professional fields.

The purpose of ECIT NORIAN Academy is to ensure a structured approach to onboarding new employees and developing existing skills to be future-ready.
